Walk into a two-story off East Lake Road in March and there's yellow film on the lanai furniture and inside the slider track. Oak pollen. It comes back three weeks later. Houses up here are newer than most of Pinellas, but the canopy changes the work.
Lansbrook, Ridgemoor, Boot Ranch, Tarpon Woods, East Lake Woodlands — mostly deed-restricted, a lot of gates, floor plans bigger than the county average. About 20 minutes up from Clearwater. Families here book weekly or biweekly instead of calling once a year for a deep clean, which is the cheaper way to own a two-story with a cage. Move-in/move-out and post-construction as well.
What cleaning an East Lake house actually involves
Can you get through a gated community without me being home?
Yes. Clients put us on the gate list or leave a code, and we work off a lockbox or garage code. Same team each visit, so you're not re-explaining the house.
Do you clean the lanai and pool cage?
Lanai floor, furniture and slider tracks are a standard add-on, busiest February through April when the oaks drop. Washing the cage screens is quoted separately.
