Down in the beach condos we're mostly cleaning around empty rooms half the year. Up here at the top of Old Tampa Bay it's the opposite — kids, dogs, two work-from-home desks, and a kitchen that gets used every night. That changes the job. Deed-restricted subdivisions off Tampa Road like Bayside Meadows and Cypress Lakes were built in the 80s through the 2000s, so we're dealing with tile grout, carpeted bedrooms and big open great rooms rather than 1970s terrazzo. The 1920s grid near downtown and R.E. Olds Park is a different animal again, and we quote those on a walkthrough.
We run this route Tuesdays and Thursdays, usually paired with Westchase, so biweekly slots here are easy to hold. It's about 20 minutes from our Clearwater base.

Can you do a move-out clean if the house is already empty?
That's the easiest version for us. Empty means we can get baseboards, closet shelves, inside cabinets and appliances properly. Power and water need to still be on.
