Do you charge extra to come out to Elfers from Clearwater?
No. It's 25 minutes up and we route it with Holiday and Trinity the same day, so no travel fee. Set days for the area, though, not open availability all week.
Can you do anything about the mildew in my older bathroom?
Usually, yes. A deep clean gets grout and tub surrounds back a long way. But failed caulk won't come clean no matter what we use. It needs replacing, and we'll say so instead of scrubbing for an hour.
