Yes. We're used to the association side of it — vendor registration, insurance on file, and keeping the elevators and hallways clear during a move-out or deep clean.
My floors are original wood. What do you use?
Dry dust-mop first, then a barely damp pass with a pH-neutral cleaner. No steam, no buckets of water. If a room's finish is worn through, we'll tell you and leave it dry.
