Condo living sets the rules here. Nearly everything along Gulf Boulevard is a tower or low-rise unit — Madeira Norte, Sandy Shores — and plenty of those are somebody's actual home rather than a rental. We're cleaning around your furniture and your schedule, not on a check-out clock.
Sand and salt film do the rest. Entry tile and slider tracks are where a unit starts looking tired, balcony rails right behind them, so recurring visits hit those every time. Parking in season is its own sport — tell us if your building has visitor spaces, because circling near John's Pass eats twenty minutes.
Recurring service in a Gulf Boulevard condo
Does my building need paperwork before you start?
Usually. We carry general liability and send the COI straight to the association office. Towers here often set service-elevator windows too, and we work around whatever they give us.
Can you keep the sand under control between visits?
That's what weekly or biweekly is for. Thresholds and window tracks need a vacuum and a damp pass, and we do that every visit rather than saving it for a deep clean.
