Getting a crew up US-19 runs 15 to 20 minutes from Clearwater, longer once winter traffic settles in past Dunedin. So we book Palm Harbor homes in blocks — same morning, same side of the highway. Inside Innisbrook, Lansbrook or Highland Lakes, gate paperwork has to be done before the first visit. Guards there don't bend.
Houses here run larger than central Clearwater: added-onto 1970s subdivisions, deed-restricted streets, newer executive builds. A four-bedroom with a screened lanai isn't a two-hour biweekly, and we'd rather quote it honestly. Ozona and Crystal Beach bring older tile and salt on the window tracks.

You register us — we can't add ourselves. Send the vendor form to your gate office and we'll supply insurance and crew names. Allow a few days.
Can you clean while I'm up north for the season?
Yes. Monthly or quarterly checks on a closed-up home, plus a full open-up clean timed to your return. Just leave access — key, lockbox or code.
