Sand in the entryway tile grout, every single time. Doesn't matter if the house sits two blocks off Main Street or out toward the causeway — somebody's been on the Pinellas Trail or back from Honeymoon Island, and the dog came too. We keep a dedicated brush for that grout line; a mop just smears it around. Ten minutes up Alt 19 from our Clearwater base, so we're on these routes constantly.
The older grid north of downtown runs to 1950s-70s block ranches and bungalows: jalousie tracks, terrazzo that shows every footprint, tight galley kitchens. Garden-condo units are a different animal. Weekly, biweekly, deep cleans, move-in/move-out — plus snowbird open-ups and close-ups, which are a real season here, not a side note.

Can you clean my place while I'm up north for the summer?
Yes. We do a close-up clean before you leave and an open-up before you're back, so it doesn't smell shut-in. Most clients leave a key or lockbox code.
Do you handle association or gate access rules?
Regularly. Give us the gate code or office check-in procedure and we'll follow it. Several of the smaller garden-condo associations want cleaners logged in, and we're used to that.
