Around Largo Central Park and the streets running off East Bay Drive, the housing is mostly what you'd expect from the block-ranch era — 1,100 to 1,600 square feet, two or three bedrooms, terrazzo or tile under the carpet, and a Florida room somebody enclosed in 1979. They clean fast when they're on a schedule and slow when they're not. We're about ten minutes down Ulmerton from our Clearwater base, so Largo is regular route work for us, not a special trip.
The condo associations along Belcher and East Bay are their own thing. Almost all of them want a certificate of insurance on file before anybody with a mop badge gets past the gate, and we keep ours current and send it straight to the property manager. Deep cleans, move-outs for the 55+ communities, and post-construction after a bathroom remodel are the other three calls we get most here.
How we schedule around Largo's condo and park communities
Do you do biweekly instead of weekly?
Yes, and in Largo biweekly is what most people pick. A 2/2 with one or two residents doesn't generate a week's worth of dirt, and the every-other-week price works better on a fixed income. We'll tell you honestly if weekly isn't worth it for your place.
My association requires proof of insurance. Can you handle that?
We can. Give us the management company's name and we'll send the COI over before your first clean, so nobody's arguing at the gate on cleaning day.
