A 1920s bungalow in Old Northeast has original floors and deep trim that holds dust in ways a mid-city block ranch never will. Slow work, and we price it that way. The Beach Drive towers are the opposite problem: the building matters more than the unit. Concierge check-in, a COI on file, service elevator booked ahead. We keep ours current with the buildings we already work in.
Shore Acres is its own conversation. Those homes have taken water before, so after a bad tide we get calls about baseboards, closets and that smell. We're cleaners, not remediators — we'll do the post-storm detail clean and say when you need fans and meters first.

Do you charge extra to come down from Clearwater?
No. St. Pete's big enough for dedicated route days rather than an add-on to a Pinellas Park run, so you're not paying for the drive down US-19.
Can you clean a downtown condo if I'm not home?
Usually yes. Most buildings hold a key or fob for vendors on file, or you can leave one at the desk. We just need the house rules and our COI in first.
