Heart pine and plaster don't take the same treatment as a block-ranch tile floor. A good share of the houses around Craig Park and the Golden Crescent went up before 1930, and they still have original wood, picture rails, and trim with a hundred corners in it. Those get dry methods and controlled moisture, not a mop and a bucket.
Our crews run up Alt 19 from Clearwater, so we keep Tarpon Springs on set route days instead of scattering visits across the week. Weekly and biweekly recurring service is the bulk of it, plus deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleanup after a remodel. Seasonal residents are a big part of the work here — closing a house up in April, opening it properly in October. Out toward Whitcomb Bayou and the canal homes, salt film on the sliders and window tracks is the thing nobody else bothers with. We plan for it.

Can you clean original wood floors and plaster walls safely?
Yes. On pre-war homes we use dry or barely-damp methods on wood, avoid saturating plaster, and hand-detail trim and built-ins rather than running a machine over everything.
We're only here part of the year — can you still clean?
That's common here. We do a close-up clean before you head north, periodic checks while the house sits, and a full open-up deep clean before you get back.
