Crossing the Courtney Campbell adds a good 20 to 25 minutes each way, so we don't send a van out here for a single job. Town 'N Country gets built into a route — usually stacked onto a morning already booked in Westchase or Citrus Park — which is why we give an arrival window instead of a fixed time. Hillsborough Ave clogs up mid-afternoon, so we'd rather be finishing by then than starting.
Housing here runs mostly to 1960s-80s ranches, with a heavy share of condos and townhomes along Waters Ave. The older ranches come with terrazzo that shows every footprint and slider tracks that collect grit all summer. Condos clean faster, though parking is its own negotiation. We price after a walkthrough or a few photos.

Do you clean condos and townhomes, or just houses?
Both. Biweekly suits most condos near the Regional Park, and we just need to know where to park and whether there's a gate code.
Can I book a one-time deep clean or a move-out instead of recurring?
Yes, though those need more lead time here. Deep cleans and move-outs are longer jobs, so we slot them on a day we're already committed to this side of the bay.
