Screened pool cage, second-floor loft, and a staircase railing nobody's wiped since the last owner — that's a pretty typical Tuesday for us up here. The homes off SR 54 are newer and bigger than what we clean in Pinellas, mostly built between the '90s and the 2010s, and two stories means two bathrooms' worth of extra time on the clock. We quote Trinity jobs accordingly. Lanai sliders and pool-deck tracks get their own pass, because Florida grit lives in that track and it spreads back through the house every time the door opens.
The drive is 25 to 30 minutes up US-19 from our Clearwater base, so we book this side of Pasco in blocks. Recurring weekly and biweekly, deep cleans, move-in and move-out, post-construction dust after a remodel — all standard here. About a quarter of our Trinity clients are 65 or over, and a fair number of those keep the same crew and the same day for years, which is honestly how we prefer it.
Getting a cleaner through the gate in Heritage Springs and Champions Club
Can you get into Heritage Springs without me being home?
Yes, once we're on the approved vendor list at the manned gate. We keep a certificate of insurance on file with the association and you register us as a recurring vendor — after that the guard waves the crew through on your scheduled day whether you're there or not. Champions Club and Fox Wood work the same way.
Do you charge more because Trinity homes are larger?
Pricing follows square footage, bathroom count, and whether there's a pool cage and lanai in the mix, so yes, a two-story Trinity Oaks or Thousand Oaks plan usually runs above a small Clearwater bungalow. We walk it first and give you a flat recurring rate, not an hourly guess.
